Dr Kou Yook-Fat (YF) has an impressive career in MNCs and Public Listed Large Local Companies (LLC) in the field of quality management and industrial operations strategy to human resource development for 40 years. He is Chartered Quality Professional registered with Chartered Quality Institute, UK. A graduate from prestigious Cranfield University in quality management. Certified professionals in Blackbelt Six Sigma (CSSBB), certified quality auditor (CQA), certified quality manager (CQM), certified quality engineer(CQE) and certified quality process analyst (CQPA) with American Society of Quality.
Dr Kou Yook-Fat has been a trainer, consultant since 2008. Has served MNCs in the capacity as Head of Quality Assurance and Senior Operations Manager. Later served as General Manager, Group Strategic Development Director. He was passionate in advanced product quality planning to design and execute new product introduction (NPI) in Ford. Hence, YF graduated with Master of Project Management from University of Southern Queensland and obtained certified associate project management CAPM and project management professional (PMP) qualifications from Project Management Institute, USA. He has immersed with trouble LLCs and successfully provide turnaround strategies. He also graduated from UK prestigious Henley Business School with a MBA and served as CEO for Tertiary Education Institution.

In his tenure as manufacturing professional YF has aided assistance to automotive components manufacturing, transforming time-based cost of quality reporting, and 8D for improving manufacturing performance. He is a leading consultant in engineering productivity with action research experience in TQM, factory and manufacturing cost, new project introduction, Industrial Management tools and techniques.
